Delivering a brand for sustainable healthcare

ZMZM_Brand.jpg

After an extensive branding exercise, working with the Firstwater Group, we have finally launched the brand system for this incredible healthcare charity.

People are at the heart of everything the ZMZM society does. Whether it be individuals seeking healthcare, doctors providing health care, or benefactors helping sustain the society. People are why the charity exists. Providing sustainable healthcare to help everyone get better.

This is the key essence captured within the brandmark – people. Portraying a unified vision to healthcare that aims to enhance the lives of those who need it the most.

We will be putting up a full case study for the project soon.

Official Press Release

ZMZM Society for Voluntary Healthcare reaffirms commitment to its purpose with visionary strategy and a bold new identity.

Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia — Committed to providing integrated sustainable healthcare to people in need, ZMZM Society has long been a recognized and trusted name — standing for hope, compassion and dignity by supporting those who are unable to receive healthcare.

For almost 15 years, the Jeddah-based charity has worked tirelessly to create innovative solutions that overcome everyday healthcare challenges — growing to become a formidable wealth of knowledge and experience dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for all. While the original mission of ZMZM remains unchanged, due to the changing social, economic and technological climate, and to continue improving people’s lives, the Society needed a fresh approach.

In 2016, ZMZM initiated a detailed introspective examination of its strategy and operations. Aligned with the inspirational vision of the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince, may Allah preserve them, the strategic transformation has been well timed — lining up correctly with the charity sector cornerstone detailed within the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. As such, ZMZM’s transformation strategy is set to produce a stronger, more unified organization, one that is better equipped to tackle modern-day healthcare challenges.

A timely and systematic initiative within the charity’s strategic plan has been the structured development of a new multi-sensorial, institutional identity system, supported by an employee, volunteer and donor engagement platform.

Led by Professor Adnan bin Ahmed Albar, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and attended by members of the Society and senior dignitaries, the new identity system was unveiled on Thursday 28th, February 2019. ZMZM used this event to usher in a new age for the Society, its network of volunteers and medical experts and, most importantly, the people ZMZM help every day.

With people at the heart of all healthcare programs, products and services, this exciting new direction is aligned to a simple truth: That everyone is entitled to live a happy, healthy life. Translated and expressed using a compelling and straightforward promise, “Together for life”, ZMZM’s commitment to improving quality of life for all, both now and far into the future, is clearly affirmed and embedded throughout day-to-day activities and operations.

ZMZM will bring its new identity to life through a series of strategic commitments. They include prioritizing community engagement, leveraging the power of effective collaboration, working with flawless precision, committing to continuous improvement, and upholding the importance of meaningful accountability. These strategic commitments are set to drive the charity’s growth and better prepare internal teams for the challenges facing the Kingdom over the coming years.

The Chairman of the Society, Prof. Dr. Adnan bin Ahmed Albar, is thrilled to be spearheading this new movement and vows to keep ZMZM ahead of the economic and social changes that are occurring throughout the Kingdom. He, along with ZMZM's supporters, are determined to work harder than ever toward a brighter future for everyone.

The Director-General of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, Mr. Abdullah bin Ahmed Al-Tawi, praised the ambition and dedication of ZMZM, saying “I appreciate the efforts of ZMZM, which began with in-depth studies that carefully considered the map of the future and resulted in a more prepared organization”.
